Grand Opening of TIPS Company Limited at Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel, Bangkok which was presided by HE General Chartchai Chunhawan, Prime Minister.

November 01, 1991

Official commencement to be the first private container operator to operate a container terminal in Laem Chabang Port.

July 25, 1993

Initiated the first-terminal sporting event (friendly soccer match) between TIPS Terminal No. B4 and Evergreen Terminal No. B2 which later had developed and became a so called "TLC (Terminal Leasing Company) Games" comprised of more than 10 parties includeing container terminal operator, container depot/warehouse operator, PAT-LCP, Customs participated in 8 sporting events.

October 14, 1993

Accommodated a special vessel call to handle weaponary of the United Nation as to transport back to middle east region.

November 24, 1993

Hoste a wecome ceremony to "M.V. Nedlloyd Europa", as the first mother vessel to call at Terminal No.B4 by Nedloyd Lines (Thailand) Ltd. The ceremony was presided by HE Chaipak Siriwat Deputy Minister of Transport Ministry.

A contract sigining ceremony with PAT-LCP to lease an empty area of 60 rai for a new contruction of empty container depot facility called "TIPS CD"

June 03, 1996

Hosted a welcome ceremony to "M.V. LARGE BAY" in occasion of the first call at Terminal No. B4, Laem Chabang Port by the Grand Alliance coprosed of P&O Nedloyd, Nippon Yusen Kaisha, Hapag Lloyd and Netune Orient Line which was presised by HE Chaipak Siriwat, Deputy Minister of Transport Ministry. Other attendants were Dupty Minister or Industry Ministry, The Chairman of Port Authority of Thailand, The Director General of Port Authority of Thailand, The Governor of Chonburi province as well as officials from related government agencies.

March 06, 1997

Hoted a welcome ceremony ot "M.V. YUE HE" as the largest container vessel ever to call Laem Chabang Port at the time with the capacity of 5,250 TEUs by the Chaina Ocean Shipping (Group) Co.(COSCO), which was presided by HE General Chawalit Yongjaiyuth, Prime Minister. Other attendants were The Director-General of Port Authority of Thailand and HE Pinij Jarusombut, Minister of Industry Ministry.

Celebrated with PAT for the acrhievement of 1,000,000 Teus of Laem Chabang Port at Terminal No. B4 which was presided by General Chawalit Yongjaiyut, Prime Minister.

TIPS was the first container terminal in Laem Chabang Port to implement a software called "SPARCS" (Syncronous Planning and Real Time Control System) which considered to be one of the most advance container terminal software in the world. This has been used by over 50 major container ports around the world.

Sigining Contract Ceremony to lease area for 64,000 sqms. from Laem Chabang Port. Purpose to construct empty container stacking area.

Received statement of Compliance in the recognition of International Code for the Security of Ships and Port Facilities (ISPS Code) from The Marine Department.

Mr. Sumate Tanthuwanit, President of TIPS Co., Ltd. had been inducted into Lloyd's List Maritime Asia Hall of Fame. A ceremony was held in Singapore in the recognition of leading industry figure and company for professional excellence in one of the global maritime industry's hey regions.

Completed construction of TIPS CD1, a 160,000 square meter empty container depot with stacking capacity of 18,000 Teus.

Completed TIPS CY2 construction, a 30 rai stacking area capable of handling laden container with 10 years contract. This facility is located on the right side of checking post No.2 - the main road to C Terminal.
